Celine is a Program Manager for Justice Innovation Labs at HiiL, where she brings a creative approach to the Justice sector by leading the development of scalable, impactful justice services across the Middle East, North Africa (MENA) and Sahel regions. In addition to overseeing innovation labs, she support the partnership development efforts in the MENA region, ensuring the sustainable growth of the organization. Her work focuses on critical themes such as land justice, Housing and Property Rights (HLP), employment justice, and Sexual and Gender Based Violence (SGBV).

Celine holds a Masters of International Law from the University of Lyon and a Masters in Humanitarian Law and Action from the University of Aix-Marseille, France. With over a decade of experience in crisis management and people-centered program implementation, she is a dedicated practitioner in the humanitarian and development sectors. Her career has spanned some of the most challenging humanitarian crises in the Middle-East, where she gained hands-on experience managing emergency operations, leading field teams, and developing a diverse skill set in crisis response, strategic planning, and high-level stakeholder coordination.

Celine is also passionate about climate justice, decolonization and the quest for collective liberation.
