Rosalyn Graney-Lamboo

HR Advisor

How lucky I am to be able to combine my passion for people and fairness at HiiL. People-centred justice bolstered by people-centred Human Resources.

Rosalyn Graney-Lamboo is the HR Advisor at The Hague Institute for Innovation of Law (HiiL). Rosalyn supports HiiL with a broad-range of Human Resources processes including performance management and talent management. She strives to build close working relationships with staff and managers in order to understand the business and keep the human aspect of human resources.

Rosalyn is a HR professional with (almost!) 20 years’ experience. She has worked in the private sector, however, the majority of her experience has been gained in public sector organisations such as NATO, Europol and the International Criminal Court. Rosalyn is passionate about Employee Engagement and Wellbeing and she has successfully completed the Executive Programme in Diversity and Inclusion from the University of Amsterdam.

Rosalyn lived in Lyon and Paris as part of her studies and she finally moved from England to The Netherlands in 2009. She speaks Dutch and (rusty) French but loves languages in general. Since birth, Rosalyn has been an avid supporter of Liverpool Football Club and she is raising her two children the same way. In her free time, Rosalyn enjoys exploring new cities, going to the theatre or the cinema with friends. She loves nothing more than a long conversation over a hot or cold beverage.
