Living in Mali, a country torn by security problems, I see access to affordable justice as the cornerstone for development and stability in every society.

Moussa Fofana holds a Master’s Degree in journalism from the University of Sofia. After working for HiiL as a freelance translator/interpreter based in Bamako/Mali, he joined HiiL in 2022 as Representative in the Sahel (Mali, Burkina Faso and Niger). As such, Moussa helped with the organisation of JNS Surveys in Niger and Burkina Faso, as well as with the implementation of our PIJN programme in Niger.

In his free time, Moussa is a farmer as a hobby and likes travelling, reading and planting trees.
