Ogbogu Robert Ndukwe joined HiiL in July 2023 as the Project Officer – Justice Innovation, assuming responsibility for the implementation and coordination of Justice Innovation Labs across Nigeria. His primary objective is to enhance access to justice by introducing locally derived solutions that result in a more user-friendly justice system. An integral part of his role is managing stakeholders’ relations, ensuring that interventions are strategically aligned with the prevailing political and economic dynamics, and getting things working, where things do not work.

With a master’s degree in Criminology from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Robert brings a unique combination of theoretical knowledge and practical experience in sub-national governance and public sector reform having delivered interventions related to sub-national governance interventions, security, and justice sector reforms and with a proven track record of successfully managing and implementing USAID and FCDO funded projects

 

Outside of his professional endeavors, Robert takes pleasure in watching Nollywood movies, traveling, and playing Monopoly.
