Manon Huchet-Bodet
Justice Sector Advisor
Accessibility is a very important tool of democracy. I am really interested in making things accessible for as many and as diverse people as possible. In my work, I want to make sure that nobody is left behind.
Manon is a Justice Sector Advisor for the Justice Research and Development team at the Hague Institute for Innovation in Law (HiiL). She works on the Justice Needs and Satisfaction survey to collect and analyse data on people’s experiences with the justice system. Manon has extensive experience working on survey research and is passionate about making surveys accessible and inclusive. Prior to joining HiiL, she worked on policy monitoring in the field of Gender Equality at the EU level and on national and international surveys in multiple fields including patient experience of the healthcare system in the UK, and opinion on the EU from abroad. She holds a master degree in Public Policy Analysis from Sciences Po Lyon.
Manon is curious and she is always eager to explore new topics, so much so that she enjoys learning about new research methods on her own time, enabling her to work on a wide array of policy fields.
When not at work, Manon enjoys exploring the outdoors, hiking in the mountains and rock climbing.
