From Sunday, 22 November to Saturday, 28 November 2015, over 100 activities in each emirate will take place across the UAE. Each Federal Ministry was invited to organize events and activities to showcase and present future planned innovative projects. Among the attendees is the UAE Minister of Justice and around 150 jurists, judges and lawyers.<\/p>\n<p>Our Senior Justice Sector Advisor and Representative in the Arab region,\u00a0<a href=\"\/team\/roger-el-khoury\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Roger El Khoury<\/a>, presented on \u201cLeading Innovation Practice in Justice\u201d entitled by the UAE Minister of Justice. Roger\u2019s presentation included a discussion about our work across the globe, partners, network and methods:\u00a0<a href=\"\/what-we-do\/the-citizens-need-survey\/\">Measuring Justice<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"\/what-we-do\/the-justice-accelerator\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Innovating Justice Accelerator<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"\/what-we-do\/the-justice-architect\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Innovative Procedures<\/a>. He also discussed the prospects of justice innovation in the UAE, including an\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/innovatingjusticeforum.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Innovating Justice Forum<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>By the end of 2015, we will conduct a Justice Needs and Satisfaction (JNS) survey in the UAE jointly with a local workshop. In early 2016, the results will be presented and used to improve access to justice across the country.<\/p>\n<p>Over the past year our JNS method has provided justice-related data to governments and civil society organizations in\u00a0<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Legal-Trends.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Indonesia<\/a>\u00a0and the\u00a0<a href=\"\/projects\/the-justice-of-separation-procedures\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Netherlands<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Would you like to learn more about justice innovation in the UAE?\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.eventbrite.co.uk\/e\/hiil-innovating-justice-forum-2015-unlocking-the-power-of-justice-innovation-tickets-16055147378?ref=ebtn\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Register<\/a>\u00a0for our Annual Innovating Justice Forum to meet guest speaker Abdulla A.J. Al-Majid, H.E. Assistant Undersecretary Ministry of Justice, United Arab Emirates.<\/p>\n<p><em>H.E Al Majid is responsible for formulating strategies and driving the Ministry Of Justice of the UAE in its modernization efforts to become the first in smart e-Justice governance in the world. Prior to his current appointment Mr. Al-Majid was the Federal eGovernment Director, where he spearheaded several major eGovernment projects.
