My morning motivation is my family, siblings, partner, and my daughter. If by the end of the day, I can come back home with a light spirit that day was a success!

Romina Olmezian is the Office Assistant at the Hague Institute for Innovation of Law (HiiL). She ensures the office is welcoming to our Hiilers, sometimes spoiling them with sweets and tricks and creating a relaxing environment thinks that a good smile and Good morning can change your day!

Before her work at Hiil, she leads a campaign to recover the remains of First Natives from North and South America from private collectors. In 2008, during her Archeological studies, she participated in research on the settlement of Sindh (Pakistan) where she got her first Indiana Jones experience. She recently attended Wesleyan University for an online course in Social Psychology.

Romina Likes to create a calm and enjoyable environment in every work she has landed. she naturally does her best to help and empathize with her colleagues. She is a Hispanic Woman for excellence! She likes to cook for her friends and family, gather loved ones as much as possible, and smile and please the person she likes.
