Yemen report

The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs asked HiiL to conduct an overview study on the state of the rule of law in Yemen. The study explored the main challenges to the Yemeni justice sector and state based on the available literature and discussions with several experts.

The report was accompanied by an overview of relevant indicators that are often used to assess the state of the rule of law in developing countries.
