The Hague Rule of Law Network

The Hague Rule of Law Network (HRoLN) is one of HiiL’s primary networking vehicles in the rule of law field. In this network, we gather around 180 academics and senior practitioners who are committed to improving the rule of law worldwide. Based on the HRoLN’s input, HiiL initiates and funds cutting-edge research and develops new knowledge products. The HRoLN’s website and annual events are some of the few global forums for exchanging views on best practices and newest academic insights to improve the rule of law worldwide.
