Private Transnational Regulation: Constitutional Foundations and Governance Design
This research project is a multi-disciplinary project that will lead to a unique assessment framework that will assist policy-makers at both the public and private level at making better rules for the regulation of transnational corporate conduct. The project is led by renowned scholars and selected on the basis of ‘double blind’ peer review. The core research question was identified in cooperation with the Hague Public-Private Governance Network. The project is being executed in close cooperation with practice.
