Private actors network news: The book “Globalisation, the Nation State and Private Actors: Rethinking Public-Private Cooperation in Shaping Law and Governance”

The book “Globalisation, the Nation State and Private Actors: Rethinking Public-Private Cooperation in Shaping Law and Governance” will be published with Eleven International Publishing/Boom Uitgeverij by the end of 2011.

The volume contains a selection of papers delivered at the launching conference of the Hague Public-Private Governance Network, clustered under four main themes: Private actors and self-regulation, Regulation of Financial markets, CSR standards and enforcement and Public Private Partnerships in meeting Millennium Development Goals.

The book is edited by David Raic and Katarzyna Kryczka from HiiL.
