Hague Journal on the Rule of Law (HJRL) – new issue now available!

We are delighted to announce that as of 28 September 2009 the second issue of the Hague Journal on the Rule of Law (HJRL) is available online. It is a special issue, edited by Professor Martin Krygier, on The Rule of Law in Eastern Europe 20 years after the Fall of the Wall.  All contributions can be downloaded free of charge from the journal’s homepage on the website of Cambridge University Press.
