Dr. Chaihark Hahm new Henry G. Schermers Fellow

HiiL welcomes the new Henry G. Schermers Fellow, Dr. Chaihark Hahm. During his stay at NIAS from September 2009 to the end of June, Dr. Hahm will be doing research on a HiiL-related topic: a comparative study of the relationship between constitutionalism and the formation of people's identity in the globalising world.
