Director chairs plenary session of World Justice Forum on the Rule of Law Index

On 13 November, the Director chaired the plenary session of the second World Justice Forum in Vienna, at which the World Justice Project Rule of Law Index was presented. In the session the Index and the methodology that underpin it were presented. In addition, the audience was involved in providing input in weighing the different factors and sub-factors that the Index uses.
