Chasing the consumer welfare legislations by law students: ‘learning by doing’

 Learning becomes meaningful and transformative when teaching adopts methods which are experiential and innovative. Everybody is a consumer in one way or the other. Dr. Patil has adopted an innovative teaching methodology i.e. ‘Learning by Doing’ by engaging his final year Undergraduate law students to achieve the objects of preamble of the Indian Constitution as well as to achieve the objects of the ‘United Nations Guidelines on Consumer Protection, 1985’.
