Many people do not get a fair solution to a serious conflict. This can have grave consequences for their livelihoods, and even for their personal security. If best practices from across the world would be widely used, at least 75% of such problems can be solved in a satisfactory way. Now many places fall short of 50%. The HiiL Trend report shows how innovative approaches can close the access to justice gap if they would be widely used.
