A campaign in Vietnam is raising awareness of sexual orientation, gender identity and LGBT equality in the workplace.

The campaign, 'Say Yes to Employment Equality' (Yes to EE) is in the pilot season during 2013, It approached 105 businesses both local and international in Vietnam with two requests. The first request was for businesses to sign a statement of commitment that there would be no discrimination in the workplace environment or employment policy based on sexual orientation and gender identity. This was as well as possible consideration for equal spousal benefit if the bill on same-sex marriage is passed in Vietnam in 2014. The second request was that businesses agreed to place at least one poster that explains sexual diversity (provided by Yes to EE) in their employees’ office for at least one year.
