Innovations capable of bringing basic justice care to all 15 May 2012

Experts met in a HiiL-organised forum and looked at surprising and effective ways to solve conflicts of everyday life. 

During the Innovating Justice Forum 2012, Towards Basic Justice Care for Everyone, 100 experts from across the globe met in The Hague.

The five most promising strategies to close the access to justice gap have been identified. These have now been published, with many examples of innovations from across the world. The experts agree - breakthroughs are possible. HiiL urges judges, innovators, social investors and entrepreneurs, law professors, and policy makers to take action.
