Excellent procedures

Just as great car companies sell great cars, great courts distinguish themselves by delivering excellent procedures. The second edition of the International Framework for Court Excellence was recently published. In it, court leaders aim at fair, efficient and effective procedures, which fit client needs, attract a high level of user satisfaction and are affordable and accessible.

So how can courts move from poor, mediocre or good procedures to really excellent ones?
