Arts and therapy to improve the corporate environment

Amarte is a Costa Rican “psychology and art project” that promotes expression through artistic creation. It has three main objectives.

The first is becoming a “social enterprise” that generates jobs for psychologists and artists in Costa Rica.

The second is to offer services that are based in interdisciplinary work between psychology and art professionals. This services consist of “art therapy” programmes (workshops) to be implemented in companies and organization environments. This is a way to support CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) strategies, as responsible policies and practices that benefit employees.

And the third, is to utilize the financial surplus generated, to support other social projects which also work with art and psychology methodologies. As an example, projects that benefit young people from risk in vulnerable communities.
