7 October 2009: Second HiiL Institute Dinner

On the eve of HiiL’s 3rd Annual Law of the Future Conference, the 2009 HiiL Institute Dinner was held in The Hague. This annual event brought together the friends and supporters of HiiL, and provided an opportunity to meet the speakers of the conference. The event commenced with a dinner speech by Dr Chaihark Hahm, the current Henry G. Schermers Fellow, on the challenges of constitutionalism in a global age.
