20-21 November 2009: Highest Courts Research Group meets in Bologna

The HiiL Highest Courts Research Group had one of their regular seminars in Bologna (Italy) on 20 – 21 November 2009. During this meeting, progress in the research project “The Changing Role of Highest Courts in an Internationalising World” was discussed under the auspices of Prof T. Hol of Utrecht University, who functions as the project leader of this multinational group of top-level researchers in the field of internationalisation of highest national courts.
