Strategic Plan
In preparation of the Strategic Plan 2010-2013 and in light of the request for continuation of funding after 2009, HiiL drafted (in Dutch) Bouwen op fundamenten... visiedocument HiiL 2010-2013. It outlines the results of HiiL so far, lays down the plans for the future, and makes an assessment of the funds HiiL needs to realise those plans.
HiiL’s first Strategic Plan explains what HiiL is, in which context it places itself, and what its principal objectives are. It also provides criteria on the basis of which it can be established whether those objectives are being met.
